Hanna Hygge offers free standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $100.

A flat fee of $20 applies to all orders under $100. Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch standard post can take up to 3-10 business days depending on your location.

Ship Express post for $15, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive.

We’re confident your Hanna Hygge purchase will feel at home - in your home - for years to come.

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase we will exchange, credit, or refund an item within 30 days of being received, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for linen items that have been washed.

We will be unable to accept returns from a stockist of Hanna Hygge. Please contact the store you made your purchase from to discuss their returns policy.


You can exchange your purchase for a different size or colour in line with our returns policy. If there is a price difference, we will provide you with a store credit. If you are exchanging your purchase for a more expensive item, we will arrange payment with you directly.


We inspect all our products for quality prior to sending them out to you. If we have overlooked a production or manufacturing fault please get in touch with us. Our preference is to repair the fault, if this is not possible, we will replace the item like for like or provide a refund. We take no responsibility for orders damaged during transit once dispatched from our warehouse.


We will only accept returns which have been pre-approved, so it’s important you contact us first at to assist with your query.

Please ensure you provide your invoice number or proof of purchase and allow up to 5 business days for us to get back to you. Kindly note you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, except in the case of a faulty item.
